Do you work on-site or remotely?
Primarily remotely via cloud software — which lets me serve clients across Melbourne and beyond. Happy to meet for coffee in the CBD to discuss strategy.
What software do you recommend?
Xero Certified Advisor — it's the best fit for 90% of Australian small businesses. I also support MYOB and QuickBooks if you're already established there.
What if I find an error in my books later?
Flag it and I'll investigate free of charge. Mistakes happen; owning them and fixing them quickly is the job. Your month-end reports always get a second pass.
Can you take over books that are currently a mess?
Yes — catch-up projects are quoted as a flat fee upfront. I scope the work, fix the backlog, then transition to regular monthly maintenance without surprises.
